Christmas Photoshoot

This year we chose a very near beach to take the kids for a photo shoot. Well, after a little bit of drama we manage to take some good pictures for our Christmas Card. It was hard to pic one, and I could not find a design I like it anywhere - then I decided to make my own version...

Tomorrow I will post the actual Christmas Card!

Christmas Playdate

Saturday I hosted a small playdate for my daughters' closest friends. They decorated little gingerbread houses and had a few Christmas crafts. After dinner we all had a lot of fun at the photo booth posing for funny and silly pictures! Hope you enjoy!

I had the table all pretty and ready for them to eat - with the cute Santa plates and cups, favors, etc. Then I realized it would be impossible for them to decorate the gingerbread houses {no space left} so I took everything out and forgot to take a picture of the table setting - but the kids enjoyed decorating the houses...

One of my friends brought those super cute favors

The Photo Booth - I loved the idea from Paper & Cake and decided to make one for the party with their Holiday Photo Booth Props - they were AMAZING and everyone had so much fun!

more fun...

After all, the kids were tired and decided to relax in the playroom's bed...

Gourmet Brigadeiro

Every year I need to come up with some sort of treat or gift to give to all of my daughters' teachers {about 20}. This year I decided to make {with the help of my mom, of course!} one of the most simple desserts from Brazil - brigadeiros! I am very happy about what we’ve put together…

We made 20 boxes with 12 bonbons in each one in tradictional chocolate, cappuccino, and coconut flavors.

Have a great week!

Christmas Favors

Here are a few ideas for little Christmas favors:

For my daughter's music & piano class friends I put together a bag with a few music items {pencil case, pencils, erasers, sharpener, note book, etc}, a cute Santa lollipop and one candy cane. It came out very cute. I use the Cricut and the Birthday Bash cartridge to create the top.

Here is the gift for the piano/music teacher. This year was easy to find "music" ornaments and decorations... Pottery Barn has a amazing "music" theme! I got a few ornaments to include on her package and a photo of her daughter and son in the picture ornament.

For my daughter's friends at school I used the same idea. I found a cute Christmas book, a little chocolate wrapped in red/green paper, ribbon and a candy cane.

I will post the pictures for the gifts I made for all of my daughter's teachers - since she has 18 {teachers, assistants, office staff} I had to come up with an inexpensive idea...

have a wonderful break!
