{Real Party} - Whimsey Flower Garden Soiree

Tonya Blackstone from Soiree Showers & Kidz Events sent me this perfectly executed party she put together for her Girl Scout Brownie Troop.

Her inspiration came from Amy Atlas and Hostess with the Mostess. Tonya chose one of my favorite color combinations: orange, pink, and lime green. The attention to detail is fantastic and she created everything herself, from custom t-shirts and place card pocket envelopes to a custom event logo. She also created several “stations” to entertain the troop.

Check out the beautiful details !

The main eating table for the girls was set up as a dramatic long table with an eye-catching centerpiece of 4 jumbo teacups stacked vertically. The other centerpieces completed the whimsey look. Tonya used plain glass cylinders filled with acrylic nuggets and lined the glasses with coordinated paper and topped off with pretty daisies that she "blinged out" by adding rhinestone centers to each flower. She bought most of her supplies at Michaels and Target.

She also had a "let's play" game zone, craft bar, beauty bar tent, and fruit bar with all the girl's favorite fresh fruits, fruit kabobs, and lollipops.

How lucky were these girl scouts!

Well done Tonya! Thank you so much for sharing your party!

BEACH Wedding Inspiration

A friend of a friend of mine is getting married next year. She wants to have her weeding somewhere here in south Florida... probably in the Keys. How nice! I wish I could get married again (with the same husband!).
She asked me to help with ideas… she wants something simple, relaxing, and fun! Here are a few inspiring and beautiful wedding pictures.

Back home thinking PINK {again}...

We had a great few days at the Boca Beach Resort. The weather was gorgeous and HOT! For a few days I didn’t think pink!

Back home, this morning the first thing my daughter asked was: “how many days until my Pinkalicious party?” Oh well… still more than a month, she is SO excited that I decided to do another PINK project with her for her party.

Customized Pinkalicious Lollipops – {so simple!}

You will need:

- Lollipops {from Birthday Express}

- Ribbon

- 3x4 clear plastic bags

- Sticker {I got mine from Big Day Creations }

little miss matched

I am in love with all the colors and different patterns of
little miss matched.

My daughter received a gift yesterday, and the whole family fell in love with it …

I had heard about it, but I never paid much attention, so I went to their website to find out more about it. To my surprise, they not only have fun stuff for kids, but also for the whole family, and for the home!

If you buy socks, they don’t come in a pair but in a
pack of 3 - YES! 3 single socks that you can mix and match! That's real fun!

I am in love with their NYC inspired collection. Tops and bags, and don’t forget to look for their accessories… you too will be inspired by all the colors and happy patterns!

THANK YOU MRS. BERNSTEIN!

Chocolate Spoons

Today my post is not going to be PINK… it’s going to be Delicious Delicious Delicious {because life is too short to eat bad food} .

You have to check out this blog, by Mr. P. – about food, food made by him.

I’ve seen chocolate spoons before, I’ve tasted them, I’ve bought them, {I even attempted to make} but after seeing the ones made by Mr. P. all of the other chocolate spoons look boring, taste blah… and are not fun anymore.

Look at the colors! Want to try to make some? Follow Mr. P’s tutorial here!

Pink party wish list

Here is the list of a few items I would like to have for the party:

Oh yes! After seeing the pictures from the amazing Ice Cream Parlour from EAT DRINK CHIC and the Toppings Bar from Kelly Ripa/Electrolux Event by Amy Atlas, I'm craving for one too! It will be perfect for Pinkilicious...

Pinkalicious invitation preview

Pinkalicious party activity

As you all know I am working on a PINKALICIOUS party. Fun, fun, fun!

Everybody knows Pinkalicious, right? She eats so many pink cupcakes that she wakes up the next morning with pink skin and hair. How about GOLDILICIOUS? Being Pinkalicious is pinkatastic, especially when she's accompanied by her pet unicorn, Goldilicious. Goldie is a roller-skating, kite-flying, high-jumping unicorn who will protect Pinkalicious from the evil wizardry of her little brother, Peter. Together, Pinkalicious and Goldilicious can conquer anything!

The “Build a Dollie” station we had at the tea party was such a hit that I decided to do the same for the next party. Went online and found the cutest PINK unicorn – perfect to be Goldie!

Here is the birth cerrtificate I create for the new friend unicorn...

Come back for the next PINK post!

Marshmallows

I am not crazy about them but I was looking online for ideas and how to make marshmallows at home and found this:

I couldn’t wait and order 1 dozen of each… I think the Neapolitan marshmallows will be perfect to add to my “pinkalicious ice cream parlor”!

Still, I found a great recipe from joy of baking, a great website with delicious recipes and will try to make the marshmallows anyway!

I will post my version this week!

Pinkalicious - Favors

Yesterday I received all the items for the favors. I found the containers at Michaels. They were perfectly shine PINK! I still need to attach the thank you tags...

The Pinkalicious bags contain:
princess crown (Joann Fabrics)
glow in the dark wand (Michaels)
lipgloss (Target)
sunglasses (Designed2beSweet)
nailpolish (Oriental Trading)
necklaces (Halo Heaven)

Come back tomorrow to see the PINK tutus and WINGS for all the Pinkalicious we are expecting!

Pinkalicious - Bubbles

Today I'm working on the labels for the personalized bubbles for the Pinkalicous birthday party I am organizing. Here are a few pictures:

1) I made the labels on PHOTOSHOP and PHOTOSCAPE

2) I found the bubbles at Oriental Trading - design your own - perfect to custumize with the party theme!

3) Printed the labels on glossy sticker photo paper.

5) Cut (5" x 1,6") and stick... and the final product is here:

NEXT I will cut little circles (PINK, of course) to glue on the top of the lid...

More PINKALICIOUS ideas will come tomorrow...

DAY 2 - cutting the circles... finishing the bubbles.

Pinkalicious - cupcake toppers & tags

I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the package from Sweet Tashie (Australia).

I order cupcake toppers, thank you tags for my favors and 3 centerpieces. They are amazingly gorgeous! The details are perfect.

THANK you so much Jane, I can't wait until my party (I will have to...the party will be in September... yes, I know, may be too soon to start planning but I am having so much fun finding all the PINK accessories…)

Don't forget to check Sweet Tashi shop, she has unique and beautiful cupcake toppers and party accessories.

Here is a few pictures of the toppers and tags - I didn't remove from the plastic bag because of the glitter.
