Artists Stephen Brown and Bryan Wilkerson are the creative minds behind the world of Glitterville. Their backgrounds in costume design and fine arts allow them to bring their whimsical holiday creations to life. Their unique glittering figures and ornaments have enlivened holiday windows on New York's 5th Ave, Chicago & Tokyo. In addition Stephen and Bryan have now developed a Halloween & Christmas line for Department 56 featuring their very popular designs!
